Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
